Payment Terms

We use Stripe as our primary payment processor. By making a purchase through our platform, you agree to the following payment terms:

    • All payments made through Stripe are subject to Stripe’s terms and conditions. We do not store any payment information, as Stripe processes all payments securely.
  2. Currency:
    • Payments are processed in CAD dollars, unless otherwise stated. Stripe will handle any currency conversions according to their exchange rates and fees, if applicable.
  3. Transaction Fees:
    • Any additional fees charged by Stripe (e.g., transaction or currency conversion fees) are the responsibility of the buyer.
  4. Refunds:
    • Refunds are processed through Stripe. Please allow 15 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Any Stripe transaction fees may not be refunded depending on Stripe’s policies.
  5. Disputes and Chargebacks:
    • If there is a payment dispute or chargeback initiated through Stripe, we reserve the right to withhold services or deliveries until the issue is resolved.
  6. Security:
    • All transactions via Stripe are encrypted and processed over a secure connection. We are not responsible for any security breaches or unauthorized access on Stripe’s platform.
  7. Acceptance of Terms:
    • By using Stripe as your payment method, you accept Stripe’s User Agreement and agree to comply with their policies.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied within the first 10 days of your paid subscription, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@autosoftway.com. Refund requests must be submitted within the first 10 calendar days of the initial payment date. Refunds are processed through Stripe/Paypal and may take up to 15 business days to appear in your account

Subscription Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice via email(contact@onesoftway.com) or through the chat section on our website.

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

Annual or Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for partial use of the service, unless required by applicable law.

Account Security

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. AutoSoftWay is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by the customer’s failure to secure their account information.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services, AutoSoftWay does not guarantee continuous, secure, or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of all business, vehicle, invoice, and customer data entered into AutoSoftWay. By using our services, you grant us permission to process and store such data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Third-Party Integrations

AutoSoftWay may integrate with third-party services including, but not limited to, Stripe, CARFAX, MOTOR, PartsTech, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, and SMS providers. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, pricing changes, or interruptions caused by third-party providers.

SMS and Email Communications

By using AutoSoftWay communication features, including SMS reminders, review requests, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups, you confirm that you have obtained proper customer consent in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s mobile carrier.

Support Policy

AutoSoftWay provides technical support through email, chat, and other communication channels. Response times may vary depending on request volume, issue complexity, and business hours.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Ontario, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AutoSoftWay regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings.
